We saw these cute, little banana pops in a magazine recently and were reminded to try them for our kids. We’ve had them before, but we’ve never made them for our children and we thought it would make a really fun, cold treat now that the weather is beginning to turn
warmer disgustingly hot.
It turns out, our kids REALLY enjoyed them. The chocolate. That’s it. We later found the bananas lying around, sans chocolate. To be honest, we agree. We really just like the chocolate. And sprinkles. Anything with sprinkles is automatically ok in my book.
Really, though, these are good. And if your kids are old enough and you are brave enough, let them help assemble them. They’ll love dipping the chocolate and adding the sprinkles.
Bananas and chocolate are a classic combination and we enjoyed these little bite-sized pops. Even if the chocolate part was our favorite. Sorry, bananas.
